Our Technology & Process
Pyromax Renewables utilizes cutting-edge fast pyrolysis technology, ensuring efficient and optimized conversion of biomass into high-grade pyrolysis oil. Our process involves:
Feedstock Preparation
Sourcing and preparing various biomass materials like agricultural residues, wood waste, and organic municipal solid waste
Pyrolysis Reactor
Controlled heating of the biomass in specialized reactors to break it down into vapors, gases, and char.
Condensation & Separation
Rapid cooling and condensation of the vapors to produce crude pyrolysis oil, which is then refined and separated from other by-products like bio-char and syngas.
By-product Utilization (The Other Half of the Business)
The pyrolysis process also generates valuable by-products that have their own established markets:
- Bio-Char/Carbon Black: The solid residue has several major uses in India
- Rubber and Tire Industry: Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) from tire pyrolysis is used in new tire and rubber product manufacturing.
- Soil Amendment : Bio-char from biomass pyrolysis is used to improve soil quality in agriculture.
- Fuel Briquettes/Pellets: Can be pressed and used as a solid fuel
Syngas (Non-Condensable Gas): This gas is typically recycled back into the pyrolysis plant to provide the necessary heat and energy for the process itself, making the overall plant energy self-sufficient.
Key Highlights & Strengths:
- Advanced Technology: Proprietary pyrolysis reactors ensuring high yield and quality of bio-oil.
- Diverse Feedstock Capability: Ability to process a wide range of biomass, promoting waste reduction.
- Commitment to Sustainability : Significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and reliance on fossil fuels biomass pyrolysis is used to improve soil quality in agriculture.
- Quality Assurance : Rigorous testing and quality control ensure consistent product standards.
- Strategic Locations : : Facilities strategically located across India for efficient feedstock sourcing and product distribution.
