About Us

Powering Tomorrow with Sustainable Energy

We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and installation of high-quality Tyre Pyrolysis Plants.
We engineer our advanced systems for maximum efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.

M K Industries pyrolysis process yields high-grade oil, which industries like cement and power plants can further refine and use as fuel.

The plant also produces carbon black for manufacturing and recycles steel wire.

Our plants come with an automated control system that allows for easy operation and efficient management of the pyrolysis process.

Our Tyre Pyrolysis Plants meet international environmental and safety standards, ensuring a sustainable and safe operation.

Features of Our Tyre Pyrolysis Plant:

Is the process environmentally safe?

Yes, the process is designed to meet environmental standards. The plant treats the emissions and operates in an enclosed system to minimize harmful impacts.

How much carbon black is produced in the process?

The volume of tyres processed determines the quantity of carbon black produced, and industries use it as a valuable by-product.

Vision & Mission

Vision

To be the undisputed leader in sustainable energy solutions, driving the transition towards a waste-free and carbon-neutral future for India and beyond.

Mission

To convert diverse waste streams into premium-grade pyrolysis oil using advanced, eco-friendly technologies, empowering industries with affordable and sustainable energy, while creating economic opportunities and preserving our planet.

What is Pyrolysis Oil?

Pyrolysis oil, also known as bio-oil, is a dark brown liquid produced from the thermochemical decomposition of organic materials (biomass) in the absence of oxygen. It’s a renewable and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels, offering a lower carbon footprint and reduced emissions. Pyrolysis oil can be used in various industrial applications, including boilers, furnaces, and even as a feedstock for chemicals.

By-product Utilization (The Other Half of the Business)

The pyrolysis process also generates valuable by-products that have their own established markets:

Syngas (Non-Condensable Gas):

This gas is typically recycled back into the pyrolysis plant to provide the necessary heat and energy for the process itself, making the overall plant energy self-sufficient.
